Attention zipLogix Customers:
On Tuesday April 16th, 2013 Oracle released an update to Java that may require you to allow the zipForm 6 Professional applet to run. Please see the steps below for instructions on how to allow the applet to run.
Step 1: Log into your zipForm 6 Professional account.
Step 2: You will be prompted with the following screen. Please select "Do not show this again for apps from the publisher and location above" and then select 'Run'.
Step 3: When you attempt to open or create a transaction you will be prompted with the following screen. Please select "Do not show this again for apps from the publisher and location above" and then select 'Run'.
Step 4: Once completed you will now be able to access your transactions and forms.
