How to sync your zipForm transaction from within relay

How to sync zipForm transactions to a new relay® transaction

The below instructions will show how to synchronize a zipForm 6 transaction using the options within your relay® account.  

If the selected zipForm transaction has not yet been synchronized with relay® then a new relay® transaction will be created with these steps.

Step 1:

Log into relay® and from your home page click on the Get from zipForm 6 button.

Step 2:  

It will then display your list of zipForm 6 Professional transactions.  Click on the transaction name that you wish to sync to relay®.

Step 3:  

Select the forms that you wish to include in the sync and fill out the sale information section.

Step 4:  

Click Submit to complete the sync.

You can tell which of your transactions have already been synchronized with relay® and which ones have not by the symbols below:

Indicates that the transaction has already been synchronized to your relay® account.  Synchronizing such transactions again will update the connected relay® file with any new zipForm transaction data.

Indicates the transaction was synchronized to another user's relay® account.  You will not be able to sync such transactions to your own account.

No icon next to the transaction indicates that the transaction has not yet been synchronized to relay®
