Authentication Failed when logging into relay® KBA-01317
Description
When logging into relay® the following error occurs:
This message means that you have not entered the right username or password.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
relay® does not tell you whether it was the username or the password that was incorrect in order to protect your transaction information.
Passwords are case sensitive and have at least eight characters, and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
Step 1: Check to see if your CAPS LOCK or NUM LOCK is on. These could result in relay® rejecting your password.
Step 2: If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, you may use the Forgot User Name? or Forgot Password? links on the relay® login page:
If you have tried to log in more than 7 times without success, relay® automatically locks your account for your own protection. If this happens, please Click Here to contact relay® support.
