How to create a transaction using RELAY® KBA-01327 Description With everything stored securely online, you never have to worry about losing a document or knowing what is happening in your transactions. You cannot import forms from ZipForm®Online or WINForms Online® into a transaction created using RELAY®. If you are looking to import forms from ZipForm®Online or WINForms Online®, please read the following Knowledge Base Articles: For ZipForm®Online KBA-01309. For WINForms Online® KBA-01385. Solution Follow the steps below: Step 1: Click on the Create Transaction button: Step 2: Enter your transaction coversheet information, browse for your property image (if any), and enter any additional Sale Information. Confirm and Save your changes: If you are a Transaction Coordinator or Agent Assistant, you need to select the Agent in your office for this transaction.
