How to change a file from Unknown to pre-contract KBA-01334
Description
A transaction is listed as Unknown when it is first synchronized with relay®. You may change the status of the transaction at any time.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Click on the property address to reach the Transaction Cover Sheet in relay®, then click Edit Transaction Detail:
Step 2:
Change the transaction status from Unknown to Pre-Contract under the Sale Information section, and then click on the Update button to save your changes:
