How to edit your contact information on a saved fax cover sheet KBA-01353
Description
Any time your contact information changes, you can update your Profile. Updating your Profile will automatically update your contact information throughout relay®, including:
At the top of your transactions
On your CD-ROM Labels
On your Fax Coversheets
So, if your contact information has changed, update your profile, and your existing fax coversheets will automatically update with the new information. All you need to do is give the new version to the person sending the fax.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on the Profile link in the upper right-hand corner:
Step 2:
Click on the Edit Contact Information button:
Step 3:
Make all of the changes necessary, and then click on the Save button:
