This error can occur when attempting to apply a checklist template to your transaction. There can be a few different causes to this message, see below for descriptions of each.
Option 1:
You have already applied all available checklists to the transaction. Each template can only be applied once to a single transaction, therefore if you have already applied all available templates there will be none left for you to apply. (A list of templates that you have already applied to the transaction would also be listed on this screen.)
Option 2:
You do not have a template created for that type of transaction. Checklist Templates, like transactions, are assigned a type and you can only apply a template to a transaction of the same type. You would need to either update the status of your transaction to use a template of another type or create a new template for that transaction type. Option 3:
You have not yet created any checklist templates in your site. See "How to Create a Checklist Template" to learn how to create a new template.
Option 4:
You do not have any active checklist templates available to you. If a template is not turned on then it will not be displayed as available within your transactions. See "How to activate a checklist template" to learn how to turn on your templates for use.
