The transaction CD module allows you to create archives and client packages which can then be burned to a CD. You do not need to install any additional software to create CDs of your transaction(s).
Please Note:
You must have a CD writer in order to burn a transaction CD.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Open the transaction you wish to burn to CD, and click on the button labeled Create Transaction CD:
Step 2:
Name the CD, choose the language, and select whether or not you want to create a CD label, and then click on the Next button:
Please Note:
You can only create a Closing Package or Complete Archive once your transaction is closed. You can only create Custom CDs for transactions that are Open or Pending.
Step 3:
Select the contents which will be on your CD, and then click on the Confirm CD Generation button to download a .ZIP file of your CD contents:

If you chose to create a CD label, the screen above will look different. It will include a section where you will be able to design the look of the label. After designing the look of the label you may then click on the Confirm CD Generation button to download a .ZIP file of your CD contents:
Step 4:
You will now need to extract the contents of the .ZIP file. You can do this by right clicking on the .ZIP file, and then select Open With, and click Compressed (zipped) Folders. This will open the contents of the .ZIP file in a folder window:
Step 5:
When the folder window opens click on the link to the left of the contents labeled Extract All Files:
Step 6:
Then click on the Next button twice, and click on the Finish button. This will open the contents in a different folder window:
Step 7:
You can now burn the files to CD or DVD by selecting all of the files. After selecting all of the files, right click on the selected files and select Send To and click CD-RW Drive:
Step 8:
When the copy process is complete, go to My Computer and double click your CD-RW Drive. You will now see the contents of the CD that you are about to burn. Click on the link to the left labeled Write these files to CD:

Then click Next all the way through the prompts and the burning process will begin:
