How to create a page with public documents for enhanced listings and link to my web site

Description

relay® allows you to create a page for each transaction which can be accessed by anyone who signs in to the public access page link which you provide. Public documents allow agents to create Enhanced listing pages which can be linked to from an MLS or other online listing. These pages can contain disclosure documents, additional pictures, and other information which buyers may be interested in viewing before a purchase agreement is signed. Providing a link to public documents enhances online listings dramatically, while allowing agents to track who is viewing the information on the public page.

Solution

Follow the steps below:


Step 1:
Open the transaction that contains the document(s) that you wish to make public, and click on the Documents tab:




Step 2:
Click on the Public Documents link:




Step 3:
You can create an optional public message for visitors if you wish, otherwise just click on the Make Public button:




Step 4:
Click the red X to change a document visibility icon into a clear eye. To remove a document from public, click on the clear eye, and it will become a red X:




Step 5:
Click on the Add to my web site button and a box with html code will open. You may copy and paste the code into your web page to link to the public documents.
