How to reset a user's password or re-send the welcome e-mail
If a user forgets their username or password, or if they no longer have the welcome e-mail to create this information with, their password can be reset by any administrator user in the site.
Step 1:
Click on the Administration link.
Note: Only administrators will have this option.
Step 2:
Click on the User Manager tab:
Step 3:
Use the search fields to locate the desired user and then click on their name to open the user properties.
Step 4:
Click on the reset password button.
Your user will then be sent a new e-mail with the title 'Reset relay® Password'. The e-mail will contain a link that allows them to create their own unique username and password.
It helps to double-check the user's e-mail address to ensure it is correct. If a user cannot find the reset password e-mail, try the checking the junk/spam mail folder for that e-mail account.
