How to request more relay® Licenses for your site KBA-01373
Description
If you wish to add additional users to your relay® site you will need licenses to do so. Each Agent user counts as a license and you may request more licenses at any time. (Broker, Transaction Coordinator, and Agent Assistant users do not count as licenses)
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Click on the Site Administration link in the upper right hand corner:
Step 2:
Click on the Add Licenses button:
Step 3:
Enter the amount of licenses you wish to request, and then click on the Request relay License button:
A relay® Sales Team member will contact you within 24 hours. You may also call (586) 840-1177 to request licenses.
