How to import contacts from Top Producer to your relay® Contacts

relay® integrates directly with Top Producer, allowing you to import Top Producer contacts into your relay® Contacts database.  Once they have been imported to your relay® Contacts they can be easily used in your relay® transactions.  

Step 1:

Log into your relay® account and click on the Contacts link at the top of the page.

Step 2:

Click on the Import Contact from Top Producer button.

Step 3:

Use the search fields to search for a contact that has already been entered into your Top Producer account.

Step 4:

Once you find the contact, click on their name and then click on the Add Contact button.  The selected contact is then added into your relay® Contact database.

Note:  You will need to have set up your Top Producer and relay® accounts to enable the data export before you will be able to do this.  See "How to set up Top Producer 7i for data export to relay®" or "How to set up Top Producer 8i for data export to relay®" for instructions on how to do this.
