Autodelegation allows you to easily share new transactions you create with other users in your relay® site by giving you the option of assigning other professionals as Auto Delegates. Like the name suggests, an Auto Delegate is added as a Delegate to every transaction that you create as soon as it is created. Autodelegation saves you from having to manually add team members to your transaction, and gives your team immediate access to the transaction. The Autodelegation feature is most helpful in teams that work together on the same transactions on a regular basis.
Only Site Administrators can add Autodelegation to a user's account.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log into your relay® site and click on the Site Administration link:
Step 2: Click on the User Manager tab:
Step 3: Search for the desired user and click on the Search for a user button:
Step 4: Open the user's information by clicking his/her name:
Step 5: Click on the Add Auto Delegates button at the bottom left corner of the User Information page:
Step 6: Search for the desired user and click on the Search button. You can type in first/last name to search for a specific users name or role, or you can leave these fields blank to display all applicable users:
Step 7: Place a check mark next to any users you would like to designate as an Auto Delegate and click the Add Auto Delegates button:
Please Note:
Any user that is locked and/or expired cannot be added as an Auto Delegate.
At any time an Auto Delegate can be removed from a user account by removing the check box next to the user name then clicking the Remove button.
