How to upload a new version of a document KBA-01406
Description
You may upload new versions of any document that has already been uploaded into a transaction. This new document will not replace the previous document, but each new document will be given a version number.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Open the transaction that contains the document you wish to upload a new version of, then click on the Documents tab:
Step 2:
Click on the Detail button:
Step 3:
Click on the New Version button:
Step 4:
Click on the Browse button and look for the file you wish to attach, enter a description, comment, or anything else you wish to add. And then click on the Save button:
