How to set up Top Producer® 7i for export to relay® KBA-01418
Description
You may import contacts from your Top Producer® account into relay®. The contact must already be entered into your Top Producer® account and your Top Producer® account must be set up to export to relay®.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Log into your Top Producer® account and click the Setup drop down menu and select Data Service Setup:
Step 2:
Click on relay Online Real Estate so that it is highlighted, and then click on the Add Data Service link:
Step 3:
Enter a UserID and click on the Ok link (the UserID will be used as a password):
Step 4:
Log into your relay® account and click on the Profile link in the upper right-hand corner:
Step 5:
Click on the Edit Preferences link:
Step 6:
Under Top Producer® 7i you will see a box for User Name. This box is for your Top Producer® user name. You will also see a box for UserID. This is the UserID you set up in Step 3. Enter the information and click on the Save button:
