How to reset a client's password in relay®

Description

Agents or their delegates can track a buyer or seller's access and reset the client's password directly from the Transaction Contacts section.

Solution

Follow the steps below:


Step 1:
Open a transaction, and then click on the Transaction Contacts link:




Step 2:
Next to the user you wish to reset the password for, click on the Reset Password button:


There are two account status types:

Active:
This means that the user has logged in to relay®.

Inactive:
This means the user has not yet logged in to relay®.
