The Site Administrator can now import all the office's users through the User Manager by using the .csv file that relay® supplies.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log into your relay® site and click on the Site Administration link:
Step 2: Click on the User Manager tab:
Step 3: Click on the Import Users button:
Step 4: Click on the here link to download the .csv file that will be used to import the users:
Step 5:
Open the .csv file in Microsoft Excel and fill user information starting with row 3. Column "A" must have word "USER" and column "B" must have word "DATA". All fields marked with "*" are required. "role" field can only have the following values: Broker, Agent, Agent Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, Site Admin. "Site Admin" role can be added to another role after the comma for example "Agent, Site Admin":

When you are finished adding all user data to the .csv file, save the file to a location on your computer. Back in the relay® User Manager click on the Browse button, and select the .csv file and then click the Submit button:
