The site administrator can now import all of the office's users at once through the User Manager, using the .CSV file that relay® supplies.
Step 1:
Click on the Administration link.
Note: Only administrators will have this option.
Step 2:
Click on the User Manager tab.
Step 3:
Click on the Import Users button.
Step 4:
Click on the here link to download the .CSV file that will be used to import the users.
Step 5:
Open the .CSV file in Microsoft Excel and fill in the user information starting with row 3. When you are finished adding user data to the .CSV file, save the file to a location on your computer.
Column A must contain the word "USER"
Column B must contain the word "DATA".
Column C must contain one of the following roles: Agent, Agent Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or Broker. To designate a site administrator add a comma and the word "Site Admin" after the role, for example "Agent, Site Admin".
Columns D, E and F must be filled in with each user's first name, last name and e-mail address.
Step 6:
Back in the relay® User Manager click on the Browse button and select your saved .CSV file. If you use office locations, select the office you wish to assign the imported users to, then click Submit to begin the import.
Note: Each office location would need to have its own .CSV file of user data.
Once the import is complete, all users from the imported file will receive their welcome e-mail with the link to set up their own custom username and password.
