How to Remove a Signature from a Form
Step 1:
Open the transaction you wish to remove signature fields from. Click on the eSign button and select Check Status.

Step 2:
A list of submission dates will appear. Select the date you wish to check the status for and click on the View Status button.

Step 3:
Click on the Suspend button so that modifications can be made to the submissions.

Step 4:
Click on the Edit button next to the document that you wish to remove a signature or Initial from.

Step 5:
Click on the little down arrow to the right of the signature field.

Step 6:
A menu will appear. Click on Delete Field.
