How to export transaction data and documents from ZipForm®Online to Fidelity TransactionPoint.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
After logging in to your ZipForm®Online account, locate the transaction you want to export to TransactionPoint. And then click on Select Action dropdown menu to the right of the transaction, then select Partners to open the SelectPartner pop-up window:
Step 2:
Click on the TransactionPoint icon in the SelectPartner pop-up window to open the ZipForm®Online Synchronization window:
Step 3:
In the ZipForm®Online Synchronization window, click on the checkboxes to select/deselect the transaction documents to be synced with your existing and properly configured TransactionPoint account.
After the appropriate forms are chosen, click Sync with Partner to transfer the documents and data to TransactionPoint:
Step 4:
Upon successful transfer of the documents, a confirmation message will appear. Simply click ok or close the window. Repeat this process to transfer as many transactions and documents to TransactionPoint as you would like:
