How to setup data export for ZipForm®Online within Fidelity TransactionPoint.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
While logged into Fidelity TransactionPoint®, click on Profile & Preferences, then click on User Profile:
Step 2:
Under External System Details you will see ZipForm listed. Leave the External ID field blank, type the e-mail address you use to log into ZipForm®Online into the Username field, then type the password you use to log into ZipForm®Online into the Password field:
Then click on the Finished link:
Please Note:
If you do not log into ZipForm®Online using an e-mail address, you will still need to type in the e-mail address associated with your ZipForm®Online account.
To retrieve the e-mail address associated with your ZipForm®Online account, log into ZipForm®Online the way you normally do, and look in the upper left hand corner of the page once you are logged in.
If you do not know your ZipForm®Online password, Click Here to reset it.
