How to Change your Company Information

All of the information that prints on the bottom of the forms can be found in your zipForm® Plus Profile. You may also change your email address, username and reset your password in your profile.

Follow the steps below to learn how to access and modify your zipForm® Plus Profile:

Step 1:
With zipForm® Plus opened, click on your name on the upper right corner:



Step 2:
From the menu click on Profile:



Step 3:
Make any changes that you need under My Information (First/Last Name, Username, Email, Phone, Extension and Fax):



Step 4:
When finished, click on the Save button:



Step 5:
To change your Company Name and Address, click on the company that you wish to change information for under the Address Information section.

Please Note: If you do not see the Address Information section, please refer to KBA-01765.



Step 6:
Make any changes that you need on the Edit Address window (Company Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Company Phone, Tollfree Number and Fax):



Step 7:
When finished, click on the Save button:



Please Note: The change will only take place on newly created transactions. All existing transactions will have the information that was on it at time of creation. If you need help creating a new transaction, please refer to KBA-01761.
