How to invite your client to your relay® transaction

Step 1:

Open your transaction and click on the Transaction Contacts button, located on the coversheet section.

Step 2:

Click on the Add Seller or Add Buyer button (depending on which side of the transaction you represent).

Step 3:  

Check the box marked Create Account.

Step 4:  

Fill in the client's contact information.

Or, if the contact is already stored in your relay® contact database then you can use the top portion of the page to search for the contact instead.

Step 5:  

Once the contact's information is entered click on Submit.

Step 6:  

Review the information entered and click Submit again to confirm and create the guest account.

relay® will then send the client a welcome e-mail inviting them to the transaction.  This will contain a link that will allow them to set up their own custom username and password.
