This error message occurs when your selected document exceeds the size limit allowed by relay®. There is no size limit per transaction file, but there is a 20 MB file limit per document. This limit is placed on document uploads because larger documents can frustrate users (who may include your clients) that do not have a high-speed internet connection.
Here are a couple of suggestions to help you create smaller documents:
Option 1:
If you are scanning documents, scan them in black and white and set your scanner to a lower resolution or web setting. This will create a file that is a smaller size for your clients.
Option 2:
Break a large file into several documents. You can then use document categories or versions in relay® to organize these files or group them together.
