You may edit an existing document within relay® at any time. This edited document will not replace the previous one, but will be given a version number.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Open the transaction that contains the document you wish to edit, then click on the Documents tab:
Step 2:
Open the document you wish to edit by clicking on the document name in the list and click Open:
Step 3:
Make any changes that you need to, and then save the document to a location you can easily find again, such as your desktop:
Step 4:
Click on the Detail button:
Step 5:
Click on the New Version button:
Step 6:
Click on the Browse button and look for the file you just saved, and then click on the Save button:
Now the updated version of the document will appear in your document list as a new version:
