How to add an Activity to your Microsoft Outlook® calendar

Description

Add activities to your Microsoft Outlook® calendar to track specific times or events related to any relay® activity.

Solution

Follow the steps below:


Step 1:
Open the transaction that contains the Activity you wish to add to your Microsoft Outlook® calendar, then click on the Checklist tab:




Step 2:
Click on the Activity you wish to add:




Step 3:
Click Export to Calendar on the left:




Step 4:
Click on the Open button:




Step 5:
Make any changes you wish to the Reminder, and then click on Save and Close:


Your activity is now a Reminder in Microsoft Outlook®. This is especially useful if the activity involves a meeting. Remember, you do not need to do this for every activity because relay® automatically sends you daily reminders for activities which are coming due.
