How to add documents to a Checklist Template KBA-01361
Description
Adding documents to a Checklist Template is an easy way to add forms or documents to your transaction file every time the Checklist Template is applied. Documents are added to Checklist Templates through an Activity on the template.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Click on the Activities link at the top of the screen:
Step 2:
Click on the Checklist Templates button:
Step 3:
Click on the Checklist Template you wish to attach the document to:
Step 4:
Click on the Activity within the Checklist Template that you wish to attach the document to:
Step 5:
Under Attached Documents click on the Upload Document radio button:
Step 6:
Click on the Attach button:
Step 7:
Click on the Browse button and look for the file you wish to attach, enter a description, comment, or anything else you wish to add. And then click on the Save button:
The document will now be added to the document list for any transaction that uses this Checklist Template. You can add more than one document or Document Placeholder to each activity.
