How to make a Listing Presentation CD using a Listing Packet Checklist Template KBA-01366
Description
Create a new Listing Presentation Transaction. You can use your brokerage address for a general listing presentation, a sample address, or the address for the property you are about to present.
Solution
Follow the steps below:
Apply the Checklist Template to the transaction that you wish to use in the presentation. You can refer to the Knowledge Base Articles in the Checklist Templates section for further details on creating, applying and adding documents to a Checklist Template.
Select the documents you wish to include and generate the transaction CD. You can refer to Knowledge Base Article KBA-01363 for further instructions on creating a Transaction CD.

If you have a general listing presentation transaction, you can create a public page which has all of your presentation materials. Link to this page from your site, and gather leads of potential sellers.
