How to make a Listing Presentation CD using a Listing Packet Checklist Template

You can create Listing Presentation CDs using a sample transaction and checklist template that you create in your account.

Step 1:

Create a checklist template that you wish to use for your presentation.

Step 2:

Create a new Listing Presentation Transaction in your account. You can use your brokerage address for a general listing presentation, a sample address, or the address for the property you are about to present.

Step 3:

Apply the checklist template that you wish to use for your presentation, to your sample transaction.

Step 4:

Generate and create a transaction CD for your sample transaction
