The auto delegate feature allows you to assign automatic delegates to an agent user. The assigned users are automatically added as delegates to any transaction created for that agent. This is helpful when an agent works with the same delegates on every transaction.
Step 1:
Click on the Administration link.
Note: Only administrators will have this option.
Step 2:
Click on the User Manager tab:

Use the search fields to locate the Agent user that you wish to assign the delegates to. Then click on their name to open the user properties.
Step 4:
At the bottom of the user properties page click on the Add Auto Delegates button.
If this option does not appear, check to see if the provisional box is checked at the top of their user properties page. This indicates the user has not logged into their account yet and would need to do so before auto delegates can be assigned.
Step 5:
Search for the user that is to be assigned as the delegate, then check the box next to their name and click Add Auto Delegate.
If the check box next to the delegate's name is grayed out it means the user is provisional and has not yet logged into their account. The user will need to sign in before they can be assigned as an auto delegate.
Once this is complete, the chosen delegate will automatically be added to any new transactions created for that agent. However this will not apply to existing transactions. The delegate will need to be manually added to the transactions that the agent has already started.
