How to set up Top Producer 7i for data export to relay®

relay® integrates directly with Top Producer, allowing you to import any contacts you have in Top Producer into your relay® Contacts list. However you must first set up your Top Producer and relay® accounts to enable this integration.

Step 1:

Log into your Top Producer® account and click the Setup menu, then select Data Service Setup.

Step 2:

In the Data Services Setup window, on the left, click on Add Data Service.

Step 3:

Select relay® Online Real Estate from the application menu and then create a user ID and click OK.

Note: The user ID that you create can be anything that you wish. You will need to remember what you enter here for use in step 6.

Step 4:

Log into your relay® account, then click on the Profile link on the upper right hand corner of the page.

Step 5:

Click on Edit Preferences.

Step 6:

Under the Top Producer® section you will see boxes for Username and User ID. In the Username field enter your Top Producer username. In the User ID field enter the user ID that you created in step 3.

Step 7:

Click on Save and you are then ready to import contacts from your Top Producer account into your relay® Contacts list.
