zipForm® 6 Professional Prompts to Install Java, Even Though it is Already Installed

This can be caused by a few different issues. Below is a list of things to try.

Solution 1:

This can be caused by the Java 6 OEM version installed on your computer.

Solution 3:

There could be a problem with the browser that you are using.

If you are using Internet Explorer, try using Firefox and see if this works. If it works in Firefox, then it is a problem with the Internet Explorer installation. If the same problem occurs in both browsers then move on to solution 4.

Solution 4:

There could be a firewall blocking the Java applet from loading.

In the firewall software you have installed on your computer, configure it to allow the file "javaw.exe" or "java.exe". If you are not sure how to do this you may need to contact a computer technician for assistance.

Solution 5:

Sometimes there are programs running in the background preventing the Java detection. Try rebooting your computer, and try to log in again.
