How to Synchronize a Transaction from Standard to Professional Edition

Step 1:

You can only sync transactions using the Standard version. Open zipForm® 6 Standard and click on the File drop down menu. Then select Manage Files.


Step 2:

Click on the Include Online Files check box so that there is a check in the box.


Step 3:

Click on the transaction you wish to sync so that it is highlighted and then click on the Sync Selected button, and then click on Sync to Offline. You may also select To Most Recent Version, which will sync the selected transaction to the latest version of the transaction that exists in either the Professional or the Standard program.


If you wish to sync all files from Standard to Professional, click on the Sync All button.
